I went to Dalhousie with my family, but sorry to say this is not worth it. First of all in this peak season the owner should be here and secondly where is the neatness. Bedsheets were not clean, even the blanket was nt clean. I cudnt see any1 in hotel. And infront of me staff telling everyone that hotel is full no room is vacant. Well u need more stars and for more stars u need to work hard. The food was very costly even the tastless tea was also costly. Pls lower ur rates and high ur standards. The good part is i like the staff who were willing to help us and taking to us nicely thank you

I stayed here with a group of 14 members from 19th Jan 2019 to 22nd Jan 2019. Pros:- Near to mallroad, 10mins walk Courteous staff, instant service Room heaters available on payment Big rooms Best food- breakfast and dinner Snowfall is seen around the hotel in January Best receptionist. Always there to help you Cons: Bedsheets need to be changed Hot water should be available throughout the day. Room 201 was stinky ...that needs to be rectified. Overall a pleasant stay with good price.

I have stayed in this hotel during our visit to Dalhousie.The hotel is the worst place to stay.Stinking rooms,used and dirty bedsheets,stinking bathroom and very rude staff.when I asked them to change the bedsheets, they changed it with the used and stained bedsheets. There was rats, flies, cockroaches and lizards everywhere.I would suggest not to stay there. They even dnt have basic courtesy and professionalism. I had paid them extra Rs.1400 by mistake but they haven't returned my money till date.

Worst hotel of my life!!!!!!!, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet, dirty towels, bathroom was dirty, bed was damp mold on bed heads, no chef, no hotel cleaner, left the hotel after the first night do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!!!!

Visited the hotel for lunch during my trip on August 2018. There is a nice restaurant placed on the first floor, parallel to the main road. Parking is near the main road and you can walk in to the restaurant. Neat and clean well maintained restaurant is serving south,north Indian dishes together with Chinese dishes. Prices are bit high, but the quality of food was amazing. There is a small garden is prepared for the refreshment for visitors. Interiors of the hotel looks nice. We spend the hotel around 6 hours. Facilities of hotel felt fine.
